Volume restrictions on unlicensed games

hello,

As our server is approaching saturation (and because I cannot afford a bigger one), from now unlicensed games cannot exceed 10 scenes (unlimited for licensed games).
Also, maximum weight for objects and scenes pictures are now limited to 5mb (which is more than enough for HD), and videos to 10mb (80 for licensed games).

Cleaning operations on "dead" accounts or contents will be performed during this summer so as to regain some space.

I'm sorry I have to enforce this kind of restrictions but it's the only way to to guarantee long-term sustainability of JAWA.
