variable in text?

Can I show a text-message with a variable in it. It would nice to display the score that way.

Hi

yes, variables values can be embeded in any text effect parameters
for example you can show the SCORE variable value inside a message with the effect

message:the score is  : {{SCORE}}

You can do the same with the dialogue effect.

dialogue:<character_id>:Hello {{PLAYER_NAME}}, your score is {{SCORE}} points.

if you want to show a score on the screen outside an interaction display effect  you can create a TEXT object and change it's label with update object effect, on the name parameter

update:<id of text object>:name:{{SCORE}}
